In its programs, it offers a series of different boot camps to ensure the advocacy of exercising to keep fit is in place. People of all fitness level are welcome! Workout in an all weathered workout area, bath facilities and equipped with fans and music to boost your training!

KC FITNESS BOOT CAMP CLASSES
This is a group boot camp exercise class conducted twice weekly. Fitness Boot Camp has the same military techniques integrated with modern workout techniques. The boot camp will feature resistance training and cardiovascular training built into a 1 hr workout.
We believe in using methods that works, to make you firm up, lose weight and become fitter, so much so that we even use the exercises that were used in the TV NBC's program The Biggest Loser in our classes! 
Fitness Bootcamp will improve your physique, cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, reduce stress, improve mood and self-confidence, improve agility and power, burn calories, increase flexibility, enhance strength and stamina, increase bone density and lower the risk of diseases.

Whats more, this boot camp class is actually very effective for those who will be enlisting for army, it serves as a preparatory fitness lifestyle for the youngsters too!
And it doesnt stop here, in KC Fitness Bootcamp, we have imported an exercise known as "Ropes Gone Wild" undulation exercise. This workout will pump up your muscles, build your strength, while engaging your core and taxing your heart and lungs in minutes. It is great for men, women, kids, seniors, athletes, those wanting to get fit and even on a wheelchair. This is a high intensity, metabolic workout, no impact cardio, keeping you in shape as you rehabilitate injuries, while reaching maximum heart rate in minutes. Why Boot Camps?

What if I am not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Men and Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day/session will slightly increase in intensity. It’s for all kinds of people of all shapes and sizes from all walks of life! Participants vary in so many ways, from people wanting a change from the normal gym or sporting activities, people that think they won't fit in, people who need a kick-start into getting active or motivated, people that are looking for the next challenge and people that haven’t exercised in years. What do i need to bring?
All equipments needed will be provided, if we are using the equipments
If you have a favourite mat, bring it
Small Towel for perspiration - bathroom facilities available.
Appropriate running shoes to prevent injury, pains or strains.
Water bottle – Drink up before you exercise too

How often do The XTRIM Bootcamp classes run?
KC Fitness Bootcamp offers continuous run of the classes in Aranda Country. It is open to public and once the class commences, you do not have to wait for any particular date to join in, just join in as and when the classes days are. You just pay accordingly to the no of classes you attend and when its used up, you just pay again to renew. Just call up +65 5846811 (lee peng) or 93888893 (kevin) to sign up for the next available Bootcamp course.
How do I register for Bootcamp classes at Aranda?

What does a typical session consist of?
Every workout is different. At all KC Fitness Bootcamp classes, we work on your upper and lower body strength with different activities such as circuit, weight balls
, body weight, military equipment and 
other equipment that is new and different to any other strength workout you would have seen.

Cardio (And Strength) – Working on your cardio-vascular fitness as well as your endurance and agility. I.e. Hill sprints, distance runs, stairs, races, relays, cardio circuits, pack marches and much more.
You will start and finish each Bootcamp session with a warm up/warm down and stretch to make sure that you are getting the most of your workout and avoiding any injuries.
And to keep your fitness up, simply rejoin in every course to maintain it.
What if it’s raining?
KC Fitness Bootcamp is conducted rain, hail, shine or even lightning. The class is mostly conducted in a newly constructed shed that has a very stable roof. So during shine, you do not have to suffer the sun's blazing shine and heat to get fit. On top of that, very energetic music will be played when the class is conducted, and to keep everyone even cooler, it has fitted fans too! Aranda Country Club and NUS UHC (Wellness) will provide you with comfortable bathrooms, with steam and sauna facilities.
Do I need to get clearance from my doctor before attending the course?
We would strongly suggest that you do if you have any past or pre-conditions – which could include high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, dizziness and fainting, if you are on any prescribed medication or recently had a baby – You should discuss this with your doctor. Once you have been cleared to attend the course, simply complete the KC Fitness Bootcamp medical form when you go to Aranda Country Club or NUS UHC (Wellness) to register and pay, and bring it along on your first day. You will need to advise your instructor of anything of importance.
Do I need to be a member of any clubs involved?
Nope – once you have participated in a course or program within KC Fitness Bootcamp you automatically become a member unless you indicate otherwise. Membership includes promotions, special offers and social events etc.
How many people in each KC Fitness Bootcamp session?
KC Fitness Bootcamp is run with a minimum instructor to recruit ratios of 1:16 per course to make sure that everybody receives personalised attention and gets the most out of their time with us. Group size varies depending on location and time of day.
As for the minimum class size, we need at least 10 participant to start. If there is any need, we will open up more classes within the week for the whole month.
How old do I have to be to attend the Bootcamp?
You must be at least 16 years old to attend the program unless there are circumstances previously discussed with the staff of Aranda or UHC or KC Fitness. All participants must complete the KC Fitness Bootcamp medical form before commencing the course. For any participants below 18 years of age, a parent consent form of letter will be required.

Holiday Boot camp Fitness should be a way of life for everyone. But for those who have a weight problem, fitness training can seem impossible. It is a daunting task for anyone to start and stick to a regular training program.

But once a person visits a Holiday Fitness Boot Camp, they see that it is more like a fitness vacation than anything negative. It is obvious from the start that a fitness camp is about more than just losing weight. It is about exploring yourself and your surroundings by offering luxurious accommodations, facilities and proper trainings in a fantastic location.
Participants completing this program will each get a certificate of completion, and whats great is that, it doesn't stop here, they can join in the XTRIM classes to continue working out in the same group and mixing with other groups as well. Splendid isnt it!
